Providing Feedback
DeepMod includes a built-in feedback system for reporting bugs, requesting features, and sharing your thoughts about the platform. Your input helps us prioritize improvements and fix issues quickly.
Feedback Types
Bug Reports
Report technical issues, errors, crashes, or unexpected behavior. Include what went wrong, steps to reproduce, and any error messages or screenshots.
Feature Requests
Suggest new capabilities or improvements to existing features. Explain what you need, why it's valuable, and how you'd use it.
Note: Feature requests are available only to paid plan subscribers.
UX/UI Feedback
Share thoughts about interface usability, navigation, design, or workflows. Identify what's confusing or could be improved, and include suggestions if you have them.
Submission Limits
Daily feedback limits apply based on your subscription:
|
Plan |

Limits reset at midnight each day. Plan your submissions accordingly if you have multiple items to report.
How to Submit Feedback
-
Click Provide Feedback in the bottom section of the navigation sidebar
-
Select your feedback type from the dropdown menu (Bug Report, Feature Request, or UX/UI Feedback)
-
Complete the form with your feedback (10–5,000 characters)
-
Click Submit Feedback
Your feedback is automatically associated with your current product context.
What Happens After Submission
You'll see a confirmation message immediately after submitting. Our team reviews all submissions and prioritizes them based on impact and feasibility.
Feedback moves through these statuses as it's processed:
-
New – Received and awaiting review
-
In Progress – Actively being worked on
-
Resolved – Addressed or implemented
When your feedback is marked as resolved, you may receive an email notification with details about how it was addressed.
Best Practices
-
Be specific: Describe what happened in detail with steps to reproduce
-
Provide context: Explain what you were trying to do and the impact
-
One issue per submission: Submit separate items for different bugs or features
-
Include examples: Add context, specific IDs, or reproduction steps
-
Be constructive: Focus on the problem and suggest solutions if possible
Important Notes
-
Security vulnerabilities: Never submit security issues through feedback. Contact our support team directly instead.
-
Urgent support: For critical issues preventing platform use, contact support directly rather than using feedback.
-
Account/billing issues: Contact billing support for subscription-related concerns.
